In this “real talk” interview, our two female founding partners Melissa “Missy” Rueschhoff and Ida Rose Nininger share their stories – the people who have influenced their choices, how they empower other women, and the advice they would give their younger selves.

Typically, Missy hosts our Holon Women’s Initiative leadership podcast series, highlighting a new guest each month. The guests are chosen for their unique leadership or profound impact in their chosen fields. Then, the guests are aired during a month with a holiday or an event indigenous to their chosen field.
