Mr. Rivela is a Limited Partner with Holon Law Partners. He is a dynamic and accomplished attorney, having represented numerous iconic brands, entities and individuals throughout his career. He vertically integrates his practice into all facets of business, leveraging his expertise in Media, Sports, Entertainment, M&A, Transactional, Litigation, and Corporate law to consistently deliver significant and impactful ROIs for his clients.
Mr. Rivela has been a prominent leader in the Entertainment industry for almost two decades. He has engineered agreements for world-famous athletes, entertainers, and celebrities, as well as for record-setting live events and broadcast programs. Mr. Rivela serves as chief negotiator and primary draftsman in connection with a panoply of content production agreements and distribution rights licenses involving competition, shoulder, scripted, unscripted, reality, pay-per-view, social, digital, and OTT programming.
Mr. Rivela spearheads consumer offerings, branded activations, and revenue-generating initiatives across a wide spectrum of industries. He enjoys long-standing relationships with content creators, producers, influencers, and rights holders, as well as with distribution partners, broadcast platforms, and major live event venues across the country.
Additionally, Mr. Rivela specializes in dispute resolution and has achieved successful outcomes and dispositions in numerous state, federal, and international litigations.
