Ida Rose’s empathetic and thoughtful counsel, paired with her rigorous experience in high-stakes New York City litigation, makes her an effective yet approachable legal advocate.
Ida Rose is dedicated to representing individuals and small businesses at crucial points of conflict that result in litigation. She vigorously analyzes cases for liability and damages to ensure the arduous process of litigation has the highest chances of reward for her clients. Ida Rose deftly balances the aggressive tactics of litigation with the subtlety of alternatives to dispute resolution and strategic settlement negotiation to achieve exceptional success for her clients. Ida Rose is committed to providing the highest quality legal representation at affordable cost, with a “small-town” approach to client relationships.
Prior to founding Holon Law Partners, Ida Rose excelled in medical malpractice defense, quickly rising to Senior Associate at New York City’s most prestigious firms. While representing some of the pre-eminent physicians and hospitals in the world, Ida Rose managed client and insurer relationships, wrote Summary Judgment motions for complex medical cases, drafted reports on case developments, conducted depositions, and prepared cases for trial. A thorough researcher and writer, Ida Rose is always prepared and fearless in her execution. Since moving north in 2019, Ida Rose has expanded her practice and skills in the New York Capital Region and beyond.
In addition to her legal practice, Ida Rose is deeply committed to community service, holding a lifetime fellowship with the Albert Schweitzer Fellowship and volunteering as a ski instructor with the Adaptive Sports Foundation. She has dedicated her time to providing pro bono legal services to tenants, employees, and others. Ida Rose pursues her love of rowing at Aqueduct Rowing Club in Niskayuna, NY. Ida serves as Vice President on the Board of Directors of Aqueduct Rowing Club, and Secretary on the Board of Directors of Professor Edouard Tite Mushiya Foundation for Language and Learning (PETALL).
She currently lives in Green Island, the smallest town in New York State, with her dog, Iorek.
