Christina started her practice in Oakland, California in 2016, where she had the unique experience of helping cannabis growers, manufacturers, and dispensaries navigate licensing and operational compliance under the then-new cannabis regulatory regime of California. During her time on the West Coast, California’s already well-established cannabis industry made a seismic shift from an unregulated medical market to the regulated, licensed, and taxed medical and adult-use market in existence today. She worked with clients to obtain local cannabis permits in dozens of California cities and counties, participated in the rollout of the nation’s first cannabis social equity program, and helped draft sensible ordinances for local governments. Christina also has extensive experience in the tobacco and nicotine industries, helping cigarette, vape, and alternative nicotine products manufacturers navigate the complex web of state and federal regulations.

At Holon, Christina works on cannabis and hemp regulatory issues and is helping to build the firm’s food and beverage practice.

Christina is also a meditation guide with the Mindfulness in Law Society, and has been passionate about sharing wellness practices with lawyers since graduating from the University of Miami School of Law, home of the country’s first Mindfulness in Law Program.

Christina lives in Richmond, Virginia, and is licensed to practice in Virginia and California.
