She brings a wealth of experience and passion to her role, offering strategic legal advice to a diverse clientele, including skincare companies, beverage makers, clothing designers, DEI coaches, and creative professionals. Nicole’s practice covers everything from trademark selection and clearance to protecting and enforcing rights and copyright registration and licensing.
Nicole’s legal career is rooted in a strong commitment to helping creatives and small businesses protect their work and build legacies. With a deep understanding of the challenges creators face, she ensures that her clients navigate the legal landscape confidently, empowering them to make informed decisions about their intellectual property.
Before joining Holon Law Partners, Nicole held roles in private practice and corporate environments. She always focused on providing clear, practical, and actionable guidance. Her approach is client-centered and forward-thinking, and she is dedicated to preventing disputes before they arise.
Nicole is also an Adjunct Professor and Supervising Attorney for the IP Trademark Clinic at Howard University School of Law.
Outside her legal work, Nicole is an avid traveler, passionate about exploring new culinary experiences and discovering unique wines. She also enjoys sharing her knowledge and love for music, having been deeply involved in the hip-hop scene during her college years. Nicole is originally from New Orleans and currently resides in Maryland.
